True TSSU-48-08-HC 48" Sandwich / Salad Prep Table

This True TSSU-48-08-HC is designed to ensure making them for your customers is quick and easy. Designed with enduring quality, the Sandwich / Salad Prep Table is made of stainless steel and aluminum. The top, front, and sides are easy-to-clean stainless steel and the back is durable aluminum. The interior is aluminium, but the floor is stainless steel. It has 5" castors for easy mobility, allowing operators to move the machine when needed for cleaning and routine maintenance.

The TSSU-48-08-HC has a convenient setup. With a two door refrigerated section below, the top has an 8-pan refrigerated section and cutting board. The top refrigerated section has the capacity to store eight 1/6" pans that are 4" deep. Poly pans are included.

True uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in its refrigeration products to ensure it is environmentally-friendly. This refrigeration system has zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential.
