With a highly efficient auger design, it gently folds the entire contents of the freezing cylinder to produce a thick, smooth, and creamy product. The product is dispensed through a self-closing spigot which eliminates waste and ensures precise portion control. The dispense rate is adjustable to meet your specific requirements.

This O231-309I2F uses IntelliTec2™ controls. These controls are programmable and configurable through a multi-line graphics display. You can upload firmware and download statistics through a convenient USB connection. It consistently keeps a performance and error log to provide you with the data necessary to maximize profitability. It senses product consistency and temperature so you can customize settings for a wide variety of mixes. The controls have convenient standby and sleep modes to conserve energy. It will automatically defrost the product for superior quality and its low mix light indicates when the product is getting low.
