Winholt NHPL-1836-ECOC Non-Insulated Economy Heater/Proofer Cabinet

The Winholt NHPL-1836-ECOC is a full-height non-insulated proofer cabinet with aluminum construction. It has a forced air heating style with dual proof and heat analog control, equipped with a read-out LED display. It has a removable control drawer for easy maintenance and cleaning.
