It comes standard with a Wellslok for easy installation. It has powerful tubular heating elements regulated by separate thermostatic controls. The thermostatic controls are recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel. This SS-206TDU has a high limit to prevent overheating. It is designed for wet or dry operations. Wet operations are recommended for best results. This Food Warmer comes with a drain.
