Need a way to keep your items cold and ready to serve? This Wells RCP-400 Drop-In Cold Food Well may be exactly what you're looking for. With individual thermostats, each well can be separately adjusted. The exterior and interior are designed to be durable and to retain cool temperatures. It has a one-piece top flange and coved-corner interiors constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel. This heavy-gauge, corrosion resistant steel keeps the RCP-400 easy to maintain. It has a stainless steel interior liner and a 1" drain for easy cleaning. The ledge has been recessed for increased pan support. This Cold Food Well uses R-404a refrigerant to keep items at proper temperatures. It comes with a sight glass, easy service valves, dryer/filter and a receiver.
