This, along with its fully insulated body, keeps food cold while saving energy. The insulation is CFC free. This ICP-200 has a stainless steel construction, including a stainless steel inner liner, top, body, and flange. It is NSF certified and has a perforated bottom strainer for easy cleaning. The 1" drains that accompany each well also simplify cleaning. This Ice-Cooled Food Well has a recessed ledge to provide pan support as well as to ensure a colder, fresher product.
