Serving as a built-in heated tank, this HT-200 has a stainless steel construction, easy to use controls, and powerful heating elements. The top flange and heavy deep-drawn warming pans are made of stainless steel. This makes it more sanitary, easier to clean, and more durable. Its controls are thermostatic, adjusting the heat to stay at its set temperature. It has powerful tubular heating elements with a high limit to prevent overheating. This HT-200 is insulated to retain heat and save energy.
