This Wells HRCP-7543 Hot/Cold Drop-In Food Well can switch from a hot or cold operation with the simple press of a button. It is capable of storing five 4/3-size pan. The tank is made from stainless steel. With a stainless steel top and liner, this Food Well has maximum strength and durability. It has an easily accessible temperature control panel. This HRCP-7543 comes fully insulated to keep temperatures steady and to conserve energy.
