This HRCP-7100 is fully insulated with CFC free foamed-in-place insulation to keep warm items warm and cold items cool. This saves energy and reduces energy costs. This Drop-In Well is quick and easy to service nad has conveniently placed controls. Its ledge is recessed for pan support and to keep cold products cool. This HRCP-7100 comes with a 1" drain for easy cleaning.
