The temperature controls are conveniently located just on the front of the unit, providing quick and easy access. The controls are designed to separately control their own individual sections of the grid surface. This provides operators with maximum cooking flexibility. The controls have a protective guard ring and have a positive-off position. This B-50 has elements to provide dual heating action, either conductive or radiant.
