It has a durable stainless steel construction, perfect for use in commercial kitchens. It has a sturdy design with its self-cleaning elements being positioned between the broiler grate ribs to protect against direct food contact and spatula abrasion. The element frame has a spring-loaded support rod to secure elements when in a raised position. This B-44 is easy to clean because of its lift-out, drawn drip pans, grate scraper and brush. It has 4" adjustable metal legs for ideal leveling.
