Need a way to grill your products from the convenience of your countertop? Then look no further! This Wells B-40 Charbroiler was made for countertop use with a mere 24-3/4" wide footprint. It has a durable stainless steel construction, ideal for use in commercial kitchens. It has a sturdy design with its self-cleaning elements being positioned between the broiler grate ribs to protect against direct food contact and spatula abrasion and the element frame having a spring-loaded support rod to secure elements when in a raised position. This B-40 is easy to clean because of its lift-out, drawn drip pans and provided grate scraper and brush. It has 4" adjustable metal legs for simple leveling.
