Vulcan VICM36 36" Gas Cheesemelter

The Vulcan VICM36 infrared commercial cheesemelter is designed with stainless steel sides, front and back to ensure durability and facilitate cleaning. This cheesemelter has 3-position heavy-duty rack guides and wire chrome grid rack. The removable full-width stainless steel spillage pan allows your cheesemelter to be cleaned and maintained easily. It is equipped with heavy-duty pre-mix atmospheric infrared burners. Wall mounting brackets are included for this unit.
