Vulcan VCRG24-T Natural Gas 24" Countertop Griddle with Snap-Action Thermostatic Controls - 50,000 BTU

Ideal for cooking breakfast foods, sandwiches, vegetables, and desserts, Vulcan Griddles meet flexible operation demands. This VCRG24-T uses 25,000 BTU burners to heat every 12" of its 1" thick griddle plate. The burners are "U" shaped and made from aluminized steel. This allows them to heat efficiently while remaining durable. The Griddle has embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats for each burner for greater cooking flexibility. It has a standing pilot ignition system and uses Natural Gas (which can be converted to LP).

This Vulcan VCRG24-T has a sturdy and low-maintenance design. Its stainless steel front, sides, back, front top ledge, side splashes, and grease trough increase its longevity. Stainless steel is a sanitary and easy-to-clean material for kitchen equipment. It reduces maintenance time by being easily whipped clean. Its steel griddle plate has been polished to reduce sticking and is attached to tapered side splashes. The side splashes help catch grease and food debris to prevent messes on the surrounding counter space. This Griddle comes with a single grease drawer and a 4-1/2 quart grease can.
