Its four 14,500 BTU burners heat items more quickly than electric Charbroilers and they, along with its char-radiants, are engineered from heavy-duty cast iron. The burners are individually controlled by infinite heat valves, providing the option to cook more than one item at different temperatures.

This Charbroiler is easy to clean. With stainless steel sides, a control panel, top trim, a backsplash, and a grease trough, it can be painlessly wiped clean. It has full-width front grease drawers and a cast-in pitched grease trough to catch excess grease and food debris. Its cast iron grates are reversible for "level" broiling and self-cleaning, making this VCRB36 easy to maintain.
