Requiring less grease than traditional cooking methods, it offers customers a healthier way to eat. Its 1" thick griddle plate has been polished to reduce the chances of food sticking and it has convenient back and tapered side splashes. It comes with a grease gutter and chute and has a stainless steel chassis frame. These features make it easy and painless for employees to clean.

This Vulcan MSA72 Griddle has an 11" low profile. It is designed for countertop use, providing convenient operator access. Its controls are located right on its front and are easily adjustable between 200°F to 550°F. This gives operators an ideal temperature range for creating many distinct and deliciously cooked meals. Its thermostat knob guards are made from heavy-duty chrome, adding durability to the unit. This Griddle has one pilot safety valve for every two burners. These valves will completely shut the gas to the pilot and burners off, ensuring the safety of both the Griddle and your employees.
