This Vulcan C24EA3-PLUS Countertop Convection Steamer is ideal for providing even heat for your baked goods. With easy-to-use manual controls and a 60-minute timer, operators can easily adjust settings to meet their product-specific needs. It has a high-output steam generator to produce the steam for the baking process. Its manual Smart Drain System is timed perfectly, removing steam only as directed through its PowerFlush. It can split line water connection with a 1-1/2" NPT drain connection.

This Vulcan C24EA3-PLUS also has a sturdy and durable construction. With only one compartment, its interior is entirely made from stainless steel with coved corners. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel, giving it a professional, clean appearance. It has a heavy-duty door with a latch mechanism and gasket guard. Its feet are perfect for keeping the Convection Steam level during operation.
