Vulcan has designed an effective and durable Gas Salamander Broiler. Using 30,000 BTUs, this 36IRB has two heavy-duty ceramic infrared burners. It has a heavy-duty chrome plated grid, measuring 27-1/2" W x 13" D. Its spillage pan is removable and its front, top, and sides are stainless steel, making it easy to clean and maintain. This 36IRB has cool-to-the-touch knobs on its lever, providing 6 different positive positions for the broiler carriage. It has dual heat controls for zone cooking and a handy standing pilot ignition system.
