Vulcan 36C-6B Endurance 36" Restaurant Gas Range w/ 6 Burners & Convection Oven

This Vulcan 36C-6B is a 36" Endurance Range specifically designed to help you meet the cooking and baking needs of your restaurant. It has six burners with lift-off burner heads. They have a shrouded flash tube pilot system with every two burners having one pilot. Their heavy-duty cast grates are easily removed and each of the burners use 30,000 BTU/hr. a piece.

This 36C-6B has a 35,000 BTU Convection Oven. It accommodates full-size sheet pans from side to side. It has a handy oven thermostat adjustable from 250°F to 500°F. This, along with its two oven racks with four adjustable positions, maximizes versatility. Its convection system circulates warm air throughout the entire for delicious, evenly baked results every time.
