It has a stainless steel fry tank with 2 twin baskets, giving it the capacity to cook 45 to 50 pounds at a time. Its millivolt thermostat controls give operators more freedom in selecting temperatures and settings. It has four heat exchanger tubes and a hi-limit cut-off. Being stainless steel, the cabinet is easy to clean and comes with a tank brush, crumb scoop, and clean-out rod. This 2GR45MF has a 1-1/4" full port ball-type drain valve for quick and easy removal of excess oil and food debris.
