Vollrath 948CG Cayenne 48" Heavy-Duty Gas Charbroiler

Designed for heavy-duty applications, this Vollrath 948CG is a durable countertop charbroiler. It is built to last with extra-strength gas valves, adjustable legs, and cast iron radiants. The unit has 3 mm thick back and side splashes to keep food on the unit and reduce grease splashes. The metal knobs and knob guards are engineered to prevent damage, breaks, and cracks. Vollrath is so sure of the quality of their product that the knobs and knob guards have been guaranteed for life.

The stainless steel burners provide a 12" cooking surface. Each burner is placed exactly 6" from each other for maximum coverage and control. The superior burners provide more even heat distribution and faster recovery times.

The 948CG charbroiler is NSF and cETLus certified.
