This Vollrath 40757 20-Quart Planetary Mixer comes with everything you need to begin mixing your delicious creations in no time. Excellent for restaurant use, this Planetary Mixer includes a dough hook, wire whisk, flat beater, and stainless steel mixing bowl to accommodate a variety of dishes. Its three speed belt driven transmission is managed by convenient controls, located on its left side. The digital timer gives you the convenience of being able to step aside from your Mixer to complete other food preparation needs. When the digital timer stops, it automatically stops the mixer and sends an audible shutoff signal. This 40757 includes a safety cut-switch which temporarily interrupts power when gears are switched without stopping the mixer.
