The full-size convection oven is ideally suited for dough products, pastries, and cakes. Use it with pre-made frozen products to achieve fresh-baked sales with high speed and minimal fuss.

The Vollrath 40702 comes with 4 grid shelves and can fit 4 full size sheet pans. The convection oven features a custom baffle fan and specially designed diffuser plate to create a consistent air flow and even, reliable baking. This model also comes with a steam injector.
