Vollrath 0644SGN Redco Tomato Pro Slicer

Known for their quality design, the Vollrath 0644SGN slices and cuts through a variety of food products, including tomatoes. This requires a special design because of the acidic nature of tomatoes. But with the Vollrath 0644SGN, no damage is done to the blade or the construction of the unit. It can be used to slice other acidic fruits and vegetables as well. The slicer will not corrode.

This particular Redco tomato slicer makes 1/4" cuts. It comes with straight blades and a safety guard.
