The Nemco 55950 Shrimp Cutter & Deveiner allows for easy de-veining and shrimp prepping compared to the competition. It is specially designed to pair with both Robot Coupe models R2 and R301U (sold separately) and will only function when properly mounted on one of those units. This product is able to cut and devein anywhere from 2,500 - 3,5000 pieces of shrimp per hour. This allows for peak efficiency in any of your kitchen settings.
