The 8 quarts (8 liters) stainless steel bowl has a capacity for 16 cups (2 kg) of flour or 15 dozen cookies. The CPM800 comes with a heavy-duty stainless steel beater, dough hook, wire whisk, and a bowl with two handles. It also has a variable speed dial and a pulse function.
