Its efficient self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly CFC free R290 refrigerant to maintain the best temperatures in food preservation. Staying between 33°F to 39°F, this Prep Table can store a variety of fruits, vegetables, meats, and more. This gives you convenient access to the items you need to begin making your salad or sandwich. Its 9-1/2" deep, 1/2" thick cutting board comes with convenient side rails, keeping it securely in place and providing you with a convenient workspace.

This Turbo Air MST-60-N is constructed from stainless steel for the utmost cleanliness and long product life. It has a self-cleaning condenser unit that brushes away dust accumulation daily. This prevents potential failures and breakdowns caused by dust particles. Its hot gas condensate system has been treated to resist corrosion, increasing efficiency and preventing overflow of condensate water. Its cabinet structure and solid doors have also been insulated with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation.
