It's convenient because it has refrigerating and freezing capabilities. The refrigerator cabinet maintains temperatures of 33°F to 38°F and its freezing cabinet maintains a temperature of -10°F. The refrigerator cabinet is on top and the freezer section on the bottom. Each refrigeration system is factory engineered and self-contained. It has a capillary tube system and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for an environmentally-friendly operation. This has zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential.

The T-23DT-HC has stainless steel solid doors, a stainless steel front and floor and aluminum side and interior. This gives it the durability necessary to thrive in commercial kitchen settings. It has three adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated shelves so operators can store a variety of sized products. It has LED lights inside its interior so operators can easily see and locate items inside. The Refrigerator / Freezer has four 4" stem casters. Two have brakes to keep the refrigerator / freezer firmly in place.
