Using 90,000 BTUs of power, this Countertop Gas Charbroiler uses "U" shaped steel burners and heavy duty stainless steel radiants to cook items evenly. Its 30,000 BTU burners are located every 12" and have individual, adjustable manual controls. The stainless steel radiants are contoured for uniform heating.

Its cast iron grates can be individually positioned to be flat or slanted and are reversible for meeting flexible cooking needs. The thin side is ideal for searing while its thick side should be used for more delicate items. This TMRC36 ships for Natural Gas but can be converted for use with LP.
