With 20,000 BTU aluminized steel "U" shape burners every 12", it has multiple cooking zones. These zones are individually regulated by separate thermostat controls. The controls adjust the burners and steel radiants to maintain the set temperature, ranging from 150°F to 450°F. This TMGT24 has a stainless steel bullnose, front panel, and removable drip tray for easy cleaning. Its steel plate has been polished to help prevent food from sticking.
