The John Boos TC044 is a 48” wide and 24” deep trimming table. It has a ¾” reversible poly flat top, sectioned per NSF regulations. The top is held in place with welded clips. They are removable for easy cleaning. The entire TC044 is made of durable stainless steel, increasing its longevity while promoting its ease of maintenance. It has been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
