The Stoelting U431-18I2A Soft-Serve Freezer is ideal for producing a thick, smooth, and creamy product during peak times. With a highly efficient auger design, it gently folds the entire contents of the freezing cylinder to deliver consistently delicious results. The spigot is self-closing to reduce waste and ensure precision portion control. It maintains a consistent temperature and has a fast evaporator defrost.

It has a two freezing cylinders which hold 5.32-quarts a piece and it comes with six 5-gallon mix bags which can be stored within its cabinet's drawers.

This U431-18I2A can produce up to two flavors and offers a twist combination for customers. It allows for self-serve applications.

This Soft-Serve Freezer includes factory start-up.
