Vertically oriented, it provides a high capacity and maximizes energy efficiency. The large diameter freezing cylinder facilitates extremely fast freezing times and easy monitoring of the product. The cylinder cover allows access to add variegates and particulates. It provides thorough mixing of ingredients, unachievable with horizontal barrels. The VB90-109A's controls and indicators are conveniently grouped in a single panel on the front of the unit.
