This U431-109I2 uses IntelliTec 2™ controls. They are extremely easy to use and allow employees greater control over the Soft-Serve Freezer's operation. Its controls are programmable and configurable through its touchpad screen. It allows operators to upload firmware and download statistics through the USB connection. It keeps performance and error logs to provide data to maximize profitability. It senses product consistency for a more accurate and flexible operation.
