With programmable and configurable controls, this Stoelting SF144-18I2 Countertop Combo Soft-Serve and Frozen Beverage Freezer is extremely user-friendly. It has two flavor options and comes with two .85 gallon mix containers. Its IntelliTec2 controls allow operators to upload firmware and download statistics through its USB connection. It senses product consistency or temperature to customize for a wide variety of mixes. It has standby and sleep modes to conserve energy and automatically defrost product, maintaining small ice crystals and delivering a superior product.

This SF144-18I2 has a highly efficient auger design which gently folds the entire contents of the freezing cylinder to deliver a consistently smooth and creamy product. Operators can dispense smooth soft serve from the left side of the machine and thick creamy shakes from the right. Its spigot is self-closing to eliminate waste and ensure precision portion control. This Soft Serve / Frozen Beverage Freezer has tamper-proof controls for self-serve applications.
