This Star RTW14EA Ultra-Max Rolling Tortilla Warmer can heat up to 900 products an hour. It is great for heating tortillas, flatbreads, and pitas to its target temperature 160°F in seconds. It has electronic controls, allowing operators to adjust its temperature to a max of 480°F. Its controls also adjust its drum speed. This RTW14EA has a 14" non-stick Staltek drum that is both durable and easy to clean. It comes with a stainless steel upper inlet and lower output tray. The trays are removable for easy cleaning. This Ultra-Max Warmer has efficient radiant heating, using less energy and keeping the work environment cooler.
