Its performance torsion spring hinges and ergonomic curved handles make the top easy to lift up and shut. It has an easy to clean stainless steel exterior and removable grease drawer. This PSC28IGT cooks products between 175°F and 500°F and is easily adjusted by its analog thermostat controls.
