With a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, this 848MA is easy to clean. It has a 5-1/2" rear and side splash guard to prevent grease and food particles from escaping the confines of the griddle. By blocking grease from splashing out, it protects the surrounding areas from sticky, hot grease. Its 3-1/2" grease trough catches and holds excess grease and its stainless steel base is corrosion-resistant. These features add durability to this Gas Griddle and make maintenance easier.
