Its snap-action thermostatic controls can be easily adjusted from 150°F to 450°F, allowing it to cook a variety of foods for your restaurant or establishment. Ideal for breakfast foods, vegetables, fruits, or desserts, this Griddle has 4350 watt elements located every 12 inches.
Engineered to withstand high performance demands, this 748TA has an all-weld construction. Its front, side panels, bull nose, splash guard, and drawer are made from stainless steel. This makes it easier to clean and increase its longevity. Its heavy-duty knobs are made from long-lasting metal and its front panel has been ergonomically designed for easy access to controls. This Griddle comes with 1-5/8" adjustable, 4" extra-heavy-duty legs.
