Its snap-action thermostatic controls can be easily adjusted from 150°F to 450°F, allowing it to cook a variety of foods for your restaurant or establishment. Ideal for breakfast foods, vegetables, fruits, or desserts, this Griddle has 4350 watt elements located every 12 inches.
With a heavy-duty all-weld construction, this 724TA is engineered to withstand high performance demands. Its front, side panels, bull nose, splash guard, and drawer are constructed from stainless steel. Its heavy-duty knobs are made from long-lasting metal and its front panel has been ergonomically designed for easy access to controls. This Griddle's grease trough and chute are designed for an easy cleaning process. It comes with 1-5/8" adjustable, 4" extra-heavy-duty legs.
