Star 636TCHSF 36" Countertop Gas Griddle with Chrome Plate Thermostatic Controls

The Star 636TCHSF Star-Max chrome gas griddle provides maximum cooking performance and reliability. Star gas griddles are flexible to support all your menu needs while saving energy, labor, and cleaning costs. The 36" wide countertop griddle stands on 4" adjustable legs.

The Star 636TCHSF features a 1" thick steel plate with a chromium surface and a 4-1/2" high wrap-around stainless steel splash guard. The 3-1/4" wide front access grease trough has a 4-1/2" quart grease drawer capacity. The griddle includes a 28,300 BTU aluminized steel burner for every 12" of width. Burners controlled by a throttling thermostatic.
