The Vision induction chafer was the first on the market with a glass lid to allow guests and operators to see contents without letting heat escape. Constructed of highly polished 18/10 Stainless Steel and chrome accents, the Vision round sauteuse server is the ultimate choice for style and performance. A low-profile design, the Vision was created for use in premium buffet settings such as hotels, catered events, or entertainment/ sports venues.
The Vision's unique Condensation Return captures excess condensation within the vessel and channels it away from food. The decorative stainless-steel knob and solid stainless-steel handle are durable and won't break or degrade over time and use. Special design prevents induction conductivity issues caused by warping over time. A large variety of inserts offers numerous serving options.
The all-angle axles hold the lid open at any angle with smooth, no-friction movement. The sealed axels, safely housed in an all stainless-steel cover, are also available in optional colored finishes. The built-in stabilizing bar with silicone foot keeps vessels in place on countertops or induction ranges, no need for silpat. Easily used and serviced; no tools are required to adjust cover or remove for cleaning/ replacement, remove with just a finger.
