Its burners are made of cast iron. The rear burners are designed to accommodate up to 14" stock pots and pans. The oven's interior cavity is made of enamel for easy cleaning. It has been insulated with a heavy, self-supporting block type rock. The oven and burners together use approximately 203,000 BTUs of power. This S36D is CSA and NSF certified.
