With two burners, a 24" griddle and a standard oven, this Southbend S36D-2G S-Series Restaurant Range is ideal for restaurants. It has a durable, stainless steel construction, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. Its burners are made of cast iron. The rear burners are designed to accommodate up to 14" stock pots and pans. The oven's interior cavity is made of enamel for easy cleaning. It has been insulated with a heavy, self-supporting block type rock. This S36D-2G is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star and NSF certified.
