Durable and convenient to use, the Southbend 4601DD is a member of Southbend's "Ultimate Restaurant Range" series. It has ten non-clog burners and two standard size ovens. These features give restaurant employees maximum flexibility in cooking and baking. Operators can complete multiple tasks at once, speeding up the cooking process.

This Restaurant Range has a durable construction. With a stainless steel front, sides and shelf, it has a professional appearance to match almost any commercial kitchen. It also comes with a 4" stainless steel front rail. The grates are removable and are made of cast iron. The cooking surface is 27" deep. There is no less than 12" of space between each of the burners, center-to-center, side-to-side, and front-to-back. Its flue riser is 22.5" and comes with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven is fully porcelain enamel for easy cleaning.
