This Southbend 4601AA is a durable, easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. Using liquid propane or natural gas (Please Specify), this Range heats quickly and efficiently. It has ten non-clog burners with standard, removable grates. The grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance and its rear burners can hold up to a 14" stock pot. The standing pilot is available for open top burners and it has a factory installed regulator.
This Range has two convection ovens as its base. They use 32,000 BTU of power a piece to reach temperatures between 175°F to 550°F. Its interior is made from porcelain enamel, making it easy to clean. It has three racks with five possible positions, allowing operators to decide how close items are to its heat sources. The convection ovens can be converted to a standard oven with the switch of the button. This makes them ideal for flexible baking operations.
This 4601AA has a primarily stainless steel construction. Its front rail, front, and sides are all made from this sanitary and long-lasting material. It has 6" legs, adjustable for ideal height and easy leveling.
