This Southbend 448AC-4G is an easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. With a convenient convection oven/cabinet base and 48" griddle top, this Range provides operators with cooking and baking flexibility. The convection oven reaches temperatures between 175°F and 550°F and can be converted to a standard oven with the switch of a button. It has a porcelain enamel interior for easy cleaning. With five possible rack positions, operators can direct how close or far away items are from the heat source. The cabinet section of the base has a durable stainless steel construction. It provides an ideal storage space for pots, pans, and other cooking equipment. This 448AC-4G's griddle uses manual controls.
