This Southbend 4483AC is a durable, easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. Using liquid propane or natural gas (Please Specify), this Range heats quickly and efficiently. It has eight star / saute burners with removable grates. Its 32,000 BTU convection oven reaches temperatures between 175°F and 550°F. This gives operators ideal baking flexibility. The oven interior is porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. This 4483AC has three racks which can be positioned five different ways. Its cabinet base is 18" wide and constructed from stainless steel.
