Southbend 4482DC-2CR Four Burner 48" Ultimate Restaurant Range with Wavy Grates and 24" Charbroiler - 217,000 BTU

This Southbend 4482DC-2CR is a durable, easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. Using liquid propane or natural gas (Please Specify), this Range heats quickly and efficiently. It has four non-clog burners with wavy, removable grates. The grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance and its rear burners can hold up to a 14" stock pot. The standing pilot is available for open top burners and it has a factory installed regulator. Its 24" charbroiler is right located and comes with its own removable, cast iron grates.

This Gas Range has a 45,000 BTU standard oven and cabinet storage base. The oven reaches temperatures between 175°F and 550°F, giving operators the ideal baking flexibility. It has a porcelain enamel interior for easy cleaning. Its single rack comes with two position side rails. The cabinet base is 18" wide and constructed from stainless steel.

This 4482DC-2CR has a primarily stainless steel construction. Its front rail, front, and sides are all made from this sanitary and long-lasting material. It has 6" legs, adjustable for ideal height and easy leveling.
