This Southbend 436D-3C Ultimate Restaurant Range is ideal for flexible, multi-product cooking. It has a 36" charbroiler and a convection oven. This allows employees to cook, grill and bake multiple items simultaneously. Its convection oven uses 45,000 BTU of power to reach temperatures between 175°F to 550°F. It has a single rack with two position side rails and an easy-t0-clean porcelain enamel interior. This 436D-3C has a durable stainless steel front, sides and shelf.
